The first interview is a group interview where applicants are educated by the regional manager about the company for 1 hour. Talked about the job function.
The second run is a week later than the first run. The manager discussed about the training process and the commissions in this interview.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
