I was phone interviewed and it went for around 15 min. This position was for Benefits advisor and also they asked if they had any questions. Also they asked why would you like to join Aflac and how it will help in your career.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
