The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

Applied, a recruiter reached out to me and asked a few questions, I was scheduled an interview over web cam. The web cam interviews are less stress being I'm in my own home. I felt it went well. I was contacted the next day and told I landed a second interview in person.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
