A phone call interview--basically just a conversation. It was easy and the interviewer was very honest and open about the position and expectations. I was skeptical about the position and didn't feel he was dishonest or misleading.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
