Contacted through career builder. Very efficient and friendly. Called me into the office downtown. Office was somewhat hard to find at first, but once I got their everyone was very nice. First interview was with multiple candidates. Second was a one on one.

There wasn't a question that was incredibly difficult. Very focused on past experiences. Not much info on the position or the salary. They asked what you knew about Aflac but they didn't expect you to know much. The process was pretty easy with not many difficult questions.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
