First I went to group interview call and learned about the program. This was just a general presentation. Then had set up a phone call one on one interview to ask more personal qualification questions. Overall the process was very east to receive an offer.

Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!

After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
