You go through three interviews. Each one gets progressively more serious and works your way up to the boss of the office. Mine was all very friendly and professional. They are good people who have been in the game and know what its like.

A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
