Aflac exudes very high achievement standards and expect the best from their potential employees. The interviews were brief but effective. I was quickly notified of a callback within a day, from a very professional and experienced interviewer. Although i did not land a position, the interview process was standard and they left no room for error in recruiting the right people.

I was asked "What is the biggest challenge you've ever faced before? Also, to what ends did you accomplish this task.
The interview process was easy. They go through slides that tell you about the company and then ask a few basic questions. They also ask you what you know about the company.
Very professional, began with a phone call and full explanation of why the call took place and why they saw it would be a good fit for the position/firm. 2nd interview was in person, and likewise was well plan, explained, and executed.

Colloquio
A group of about ten people including myself were briefed about the internship roles together in a conference room. Each person was called in separately to interview with an employee. It was mostly behavioral questions or questions about prior work experience.
