Didn't get deep into the interview process because of the background research that I did on the company an it's hiring practices. I don't think there a bad company, they just need to be clear upfront. Don't say your looking for a manager when your really looking for a sales agent.

Have I ever had experience working with account management
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.

Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
