I was sent an invite for a first interview but when I hopped onto the virtual call, it was a seminar with multiple other candidates and applicants. This was really misleading since they only mentioned it would be a first interview and not this seminar.

it was a group interview the employer was extremely nice and welcoming. we all sat down and it started with a introduction about the company. How ever it was a cold call job and no pay.
