The first interview was a large seminar. It appeared to be an individual interview in the email, but was not. We had someone from Aflac explaining the job to about 25 other people on a zoom-like platform

it was a group interview the employer was extremely nice and welcoming. we all sat down and it started with a introduction about the company. How ever it was a cold call job and no pay.
