It was an overview of the company and the position to sell the job to us. There was a Regional Coordinator and 2 of us. It was a relaxed, casual overview lasting about an hour.

Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
