Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.

Straightforward, easy, friendly. Met with the local head of development who accurately walked through the process and asked good questions. Only one interview, not multiple rounds. I wish more companies did it this way.
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
