Aflac hires anyone and everyone--because they have a fraudlent mass hiring program--by law you must-pay min wage--this mass hiring scam gets people to work for Aflac for free--advertise and refer for them --thus hoping you will sell your friends and relatives -and then get burned out---as thousands of people have done---BEWARE-THIS IS NOT CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT---does not meet the requirements by law--- shame on Aflac !!!!

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
