It's a group interview, which isn't really an interview because they just sit a bunch of unsuspecting people in a room so that some charismatic 'manager' can explain how much money he makes and what they expect of you. They call everyone who posts their resume anywhere online, no matter what your skills or work background are. They have nothing to lose apparently because you would work for them as a Freelance Employee and receive no benefits from the company whatsoever. Basically, they 'train' you, you pay for your NJ Insurance Sales Certification, they give you some paperwork to hand out, and you basically go 'door-to-door' to sell people Insurance plans ON TOP of their regular insurance, and then they take most of your money and you get a small commission. Not that you'll be able to convince many people to buy it though, THIS insurance is insurance for your insurance...seriously.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.

They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
