Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Aflac (Roseville, CA) nel mese di nov 2015

The interview process is broad, vague, and in cohesive.
They get their leads from Career builder, and other internet job boards, they call you "Hey were with a fortune 100 company come to interview"
It starts with a group interview "Who wants to work for for no pay?" After a 3
Second round interview is one on one with district coordinator. I haven't actually heard of anyone who is like "I wanted to work for AFLAC but didn't get the job after the interview" they hire more people than they can reasonably train, and only support the individuals who buy AFLAC or who get their family and friends to buy.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.

sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
