I was not impressed with this company's process.
At a high level: They had me do a very poorly defined take home assignment, then a phone interview where I was asked about basic CS concepts. Both parts felt very disorganized, and during the call I felt like I was a nuisance to them. The interviewers weren't willing to talk much about the role, and very little attention was paid to the project. Very few questions were asked about me.
I wasn't interested at this point, however after a couple weeks of silence I reached out for feedback, as I assumed they weren't moving forward either. They responded within an hour to confirm I wasn't selected, but no feedback was offered. They do get some credit from me for at least responding, that's uncommon these days.
I don't say this lightly: the whole process was a huge waste of time for everyone involved. It wasn't good interview practice, and the project is not something I can use in my portfolio. In hindsight, I'm not even sure they were really trying to fill the role in the first place. It felt like they were just going through the motions for some reason.

HR will take phone screen interview first and then for on site interview.There will be panelist who will take interviews one after another.then they will give you a programming task to complete in an hour.Then you have to go through your code and tell your thoughts on it.
