The interview only took about 10 or 15 minutes. They asked questions that were on the application such as where I went to school, do I have reliable means of transportation, why do I think I would be a good fit for the job, etc.

Walk in to get application or print one out on the AAO website. Hand in application when manager is there and most likely get an interview on the spot.
