I was referred by a fellow employee, and after a few calls, there I was for a 3 step interview, all in the same day. The first was a review of my CV and match the client need by a manager without technical background. The second was a technical review with one or two questions about the language I work in and MVC pattern, it was easy to comply in that one. The interviewer was no expert. The last one, was the proposal with one of the directors, as I fit the need they placed something, I considered not bad at the time, on the table. I decided to sign and start ASAP. NOTE: There was no increase of salary in all the years I was there.
