Interviewed with the department director(s) and group managers; most ppl met there are quite nice. Before the interview, HR called to ask for the salary expectation and reasons to join a*star, and arranged the interview.
The interview mainly involved the previous research project experience. Many questions are asked about the research details. It is more like an academic sharing instead of interview.

I feel very bad experience. Panel too aggressive. Interviewer already cant answer but still force people. Ask interviewer to prepare slide but did not ask for presentation. If you need fundamental people, then you should look for fundamental scientist, not application scientist.

The interview is more focus on research base， questions like the what have you done for the previous projects and what are the on going project. Simple interview as I experienced.
