At first there was a phone call screening, then you met with someone from HR to do a one on one interview, after that you are shown the property and sit down with other agents and see what they are doing.

Repeatedly had to call in, rescheduled a time or two. Not a long wait, officially, and seemed positive- very well veiled. Short process and no drug test- shows either desperation or they'll hire anybody off the street. Answered simple questions, some to build excitement from you. Honestly, if you desperately need to ace it and you have decent communication skill with no job history- you'll be fine.
