First I went online to see what the company was all about; I then went in person to see if they were hiring and got an application from the front desk receptionist (keep in mind that you can also apply online). After submitting my application I had a job interview over the phone, after that the company called me back in for an in-person interview.

easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
