Agero always takes applications, but expect to wait a few months on average for a call back. They mass hire periodically, usually to secure additional help during peak seasons (Summer/Winter). Expect a call to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, they will ask about former customer service situations you might have dealt with, and how you might approach hypothetical situations. If your phone interview is successful, they will make an appointment to interview you in person. If this step is successful, they will run a background check, and inform you of your starting date if it is approved.
