Candidate experience is a priority for us at Agero - not just in making sure candidates are prepared and have the information they need to be successful but also, and most importantly, providing feedback and status. It's clear that wires were crossed here - given this process just completed in the last week and there were a number of candidates in process, it sounds like this may be a timing issue but I would encourage you to reach out to your recruiter again to ensure you have the latest information RE: your candidacy.
