I applied online, got a call 2 days later, and was scheduled a phone interview for the day after at 2:30pm. Phone interview went fine (approx 45 minutes) and was asked at the end of it to schedule an in-person interview. It was scheduled for the next day at 10:30am. I was asked about 10 questions (it was very short only about 25 minutes) and then was taken to the front desk where I handed over some ID and signed a paper for a background check. I was then scheduled a time to come back the next day for a chance to listen in on phone calls for an hour and when I was finished listening, I was taken back into an office and offered the job. I started the following Monday in training.

What would you bring to the company? What are your weaknesses? How would you keep motivated doing the same work every day? Example when you went above and beyond the call of duty. What major challenges and problems have you faced? If offered the job, how long do you plan to stay at Agero? When given an important assignment, how do you approach it?

easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
