The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. A lot of the questions they ask are customer service based and maybe 1 or 2 technical questions. I would say overall if you worked in a customer service role and have a little knowledge about tech, you should have no problems.

The interview process was easy - took about a week and talked to three different people. They were flexible with when they could do the interviews although after the final interview they never called to even let me know if I got the job or not.
