I have been interviewed for both the Junior and Mid-level Java Developer positions. For the Junior position, I was asked to finish a task assignment in which I got 100/100 points and instantly received an email invitation to schedule an interview with HR representative. During the interview, my qualifications were more than sufficient so I was told that I was moving to the next step. However, I received a email later that day saying "Unfortunately, the position we talked about is on hold at this moment. For the Mid-level position, the interview process lasted 10 minutes out of the scheduled 30. Oddly enough, the HR representative asked me to talk about my experience and skills. Everything was fine until she heard that I didn't have exactly three or more years of experience. The interview ended abruptly, with my skills being completely disregarded. I received a rejection email, but this time the reason was my English proficiency, not my lack of three or more years of experience which was clearly showcased during the 10 minutes we had. My English level is B2, as tested.
