I attended two technical rounds on 5th and 6th February and was informed that I had cleared both rounds. I was then asked to share documents and proceeded to the HR discussion on 11th February.
After the HR round, I was informed that feedback would be shared soon. However, I did not receive any further communication despite follow-ups via call and email.
While the interview process was structured initially, the lack of final communication after multiple rounds was disappointing. Timely feedback would help candidates plan better and maintain a positive experience.
