Online technical written with mcq and coding test . There is apptitude part and logical but those are not important when coming to candidate selection.
2nd level is face to face on the same day of return.This is purely luck even though you technical strong . Because for me a dumb guy came to interview me who doesn't know locks in java. I was asked what pattern you choose for designing app like book my show ?
What is factory pattern?
Logic for finding duplicate letters with count (i told the same was asked in written also but he asked me write it again.) I wrote it.
What is synchronization?
Again question on designing like product your searching is out of stocks and want to get notified when it is in stock.
Gave answers and logics to all the questions but still he rejected me which was surprising and irritating.
So people attending agilysis don't get pissed off by rejection. They are not that worth.
