      Colloquio

      The whole process took one week. First round: Phone interview (Last around 15-20 minutes, self intro and why choosing Agoda). Second round: Typing test (Around 30 mins) Both English and Chinese typing test (Just testing your typing speed). Email Etiquette test (English) Translation test (Chinese) Final round: Hiring manager interview Self introduction and many questions revolving around customer service. This round's interview requires you to transist between 3 languages (English, Chinese and Cantonese). Roleplay session: How you handle a customer's complaint. (Don't panic and keep calm, you have additional tips and help) You will have a Q&A sessions at the end. Ask questions about your role or organization if you are curious, don't waste this chance to get the insights.

      The Interview process was three parts, one round was with HR overseas representative, then an assessment round and if you clear that, than a final 1 hour video call with the team manager. The interviewers were pretty polite and made sure you are comfortable all through, gave enough time to think over the situational questions. Prepare well as they request you to give real life examples/situations you faced, if you have situations ready you wont be thinking for longer!

      I received an email from hr a few days after applying. I was asked to do an assessment in which i was given a business scenario and only had 20 mins to submit an email response with 200 words. I completed the task and days later i received an email from them saying they will not move forward with my candidacy.

      it was okay, since it's entry level the questions are not hard, and even if you are wrong, the recruiter dont mind and will help to educate you the general procedures.
