Like something from the 1970s! Started with an hour of psychometric and personality tests! Was then told there would be a further six interviews! Six!! Unheard of in US and Europe in todays market. Also progressed at a snails pace. The recruiter claimed it was a super fast moving environment but evidence would suggest it's not. I doubt any of them would survive in a US/European market. The interviews covered the same areas with the same questions told in the same monotone way. No inclination to get to know the candidate, just a series of cliched questions! After the fourth interview (fifth if you include the testing) I heard nothing for another two weeks to then get a generic response you would get at application stage to say it was a no. I've no idea how they ever make a hire!
