I've had 5-6 years of working experience in consulting, large tech companies, and financial services in Singapore; hence I've went through many interview process for other roles and the ones I secured. This is the first review I have ever written about interview process. I can firmly say Agoda Bangkok Corporate Strategy role is the "Worst recruitment process" I've ever had by far, and I wouldn't recommend going through these interview steps. Lengthy, time consuming steps which are very demanding. Steps are as follow: 1. Online Assessment which take c. 2 hours 2. HR Interview 3. User Interview (case study and behavioral) 4. Take Home Case Study (which will take few days to finish) 5. Final presentation and interview Firstly, getting a Candidate (bear in mind not hired or compensated) to put a few days to process the dataset given, build a deck for case study is very demanding for a recruitment process. It took me c. 3 days to get full recommendation and 15 pages deck ready. At final presentation, user seem to have a candidate they'd like to offer and it appears to me that they didn't take the final presentation seriously. After presentation, users said good analysis and mentioned the findings are correct. However it appeared to me they want to end the interview very soon, they didn't bother to ask many questions about the presentation as well. Some of the questions asked are already explained during the presentation. The end of interview is Q&A section for candidate to know more about Agoda, which was answered very concisely.
