I received an email inviting me to take a General Ability assessment in HCL. I completed the assessment, which I found to be of medium difficulty and requiring some preparation that I had not done. This occurred four months ago, and since then, I have not received any updates from the company. Additionally, there is no available contact person to follow up with. This lack of communication is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputable company.
