Met with hiring executive. Friendly, relaxed conversation. I was a recruited candidate for the position, so it was not a competitive interview. After meeting with the hiring executive, I met with HR about the benefits and compensation. I also met with co-workers, whose job was to convince me it was a good place to work, not to vet me.
