I applied online on 12/8 and I received a call from them on 12/15 for an interview for 12/22. When I got to the interview, the receptionist asked me to fill out an application. After that, HR came by to take me to the conference room for an interview. She was very friendly and it almost did not feel like an interview. I originally applied for the housing specialist position and went to the interview for that position. However, upon meeting with HR and getting to know me through out the interview, she though I had a lot of potential and was more suitable for the case manager position, which I agreed with her on. She also brought in the program director and insisted to the director that she please meet with us for a few minutes because she really wanted her to meet me. From there I knew I had a good impression on them. After the interview was finished, which only took about 30 minutes or so, they said they would contact me either that afternoon or the next morning with a decision on whether I got the position or not. They contacted me the next morning offering me the position.
