Yes. It is true. Our jobs have been consistently running for 12 years. That is because we are consistently hiring for a number of positions and have been from the beginning. This is true in engineering and in customer success. There is no additional reason they are posted – aside from the fact that we are trying to hire people. We do not spend time meeting with people who we do not think could be well aligned with the role and company. We do not have time for that. Now, the company was fully bootstrapped and we focus on organic and profitable growth. We are a $100M company but the team is relatively small.
