Online test - I visited their website, at the bottom part their's a captioner's job advertisement link. Once you register, there's instructions on how to go about the test.Make sure you specify your country. They are not picky at all. Best luck.

First there was an online assessment, a series of questions and activities testing grammar skills etc. If this was passed then video interview answering a series of questions about your experiences and how you would handle certain situations.

After doing several scored assessments online, you do a re-speaking assessment. If you pass, you will be contacted for a pre-screening interview. This was more of a conversation rather than an interview. Asked general questions about my interest in the role and company. Asked about a gap in employment. Was hired on the spot.
