A phone call from HR. This interview was bad in so many different ways. 1. I submitted my resume as a project manager. After 5 minutes of conversation she tells me that she is looking for a data analyst. I told her there was a mistake. She answered me that she was not hiring for the position I applied for and so we continued to talk about a position I did not want. 2. I asked what the day-to-day life of data analysts looks like in their company and she didn't know how to answer me (weird) 3. She asked me to rate myself from one to ten on my Python skils. I answered 7. She told me it was low and I would be disqualified because of it. What kind of test is this? Give me home assignment and I'll show you what I'm capable of. I'm a native Hebrew speaker and I don't rate myself above 8.... 4. She voluntarily told me that even as a project manager I would not be suitable because in her opinion I do not have enough experience, but she is not the recruiter. So why would you say that?
