I applied via LinkedIn and heard back pretty quickly. I met with the hiring manager and we had what I thought was a great conversation. I was told when I would hear back and then didn’t. I emailed HR. I emailed the hiring manager. Finally, I was told I didn’t get the position. But why wait so long? Why not reach out in a timely fashion?
