Lengthy and involved. First, you have to submit your resume and answer a questionnaire with your application. I heard from HR about a week and a half later. I had a first interview with the HR director for the initial screening about 3 weeks after applying. I passed and was given 3-4 days to complete a 3 part assessment. Once complete, I informed the HR director that I had another offer on the table and she scheduled an interview with two PMs on the current team. The last step was supposed to be an interview with the company founders but they weren’t able to meet with me before my other job offer decision deadline so I accepted the other job. Overall, it was 5 steps and about 6 weeks from application to offer.

A Zoom interview was scheduled after work hours and no one showed up. Despite trying to contact multiple times before and after interview I received an email a week later saying the position had been filled. Given the time it takes to apply, prepare and take off for interviews, it was a major red flag and is a reflection of how unorganised the agency is with no respect for other's time and efforts.
