The interview was virtually nonexistent. I was basically hired over the phone. When can you start? Do you live or want to live in St. Louis or Chicago? Can you sit in a cockpit for 4 hours and have your crew member not want to punch you? No technical questions. It's basically a meet and greet. Talk about what you've flown and tell them about yourself. Hired.
