Skype interview post career fair. I got an email saying I had been selected for an interview and to apply on the school career portal to select and interview time. Once that was done I also had to email my resuem to the head recruiter. THey sent me a microsoft team invite. The interview was approx 20 minutes with time for questions at the end.

The interview process went fine. I was recruited to participate from a campus career fair and went from there. It was straightforward. Standard engineering interview questions were asked, such as name a time where you applied a skill used in school.

The interview process consisted of first a behavioral interview on campus and then a panel of interviews with several Air Liquide higher-ups as part of a Super Day on campus.
