Applied through University career fair. Spoke with the company at the career fair and they reviewed resume on the spot. First interview was the next day. Second round was two weeks later. It included an on-site plant tour, dinner with current ALLEX members, and then four 45-minute interviews with four different Air Liquide employees

Muito engajado no processo além de muito informativo. A empresa é simplesmente muito legal! Entrevista e o mesmo estilo de qualquer multinacional quando trata-se de posição de trainee, são muito cautelosos no processo de seleção.

Had a first round interview in my college which was a 30 minute basic behavioral interview. I was invited for a second round interview in Houston which was two days. The first day was filled with a plant tour and dinner with current engineers. The second day was 4 40 minute interviews, all behavioral as well. Very relaxed and enjoyable interview, candidates were friendly and the culture as a whole was quite relaxed.
