Interviewed on-campus with a senior engineer from the company. Questions were much as expected: we discussed my research and interests, as well as some specific experiences I've had (these were the behavioral-based questions). The interviewer was very kind and friendly. One month after the interviewer I received a standard email response indicating I would not be invited for an on-site interview: "We do not believe we have a position that would use your capabilities and potential to the fullest advantage."
