NSBE Career Fair. Went to booth, spoke with 4 reps (ChE, MechE, and 2 HR reps), got interviewed the next day, after a few hours got an offer. My interviewer was very polite and approachable. This company was at the top of my list so I went in having researched the company and ready to talk about my experiences during my college career and passion for chemical engineering.
