First they conduct the telephonic round, then face to face interview. After that offer the position at very less salary compared to standard market norms after 2-3 months once interview has been conducted. Very pathetic after so many round of interviews. The whole procedure is very frustrating. I wish I had neglected them.

Understanding of hydraulic calculations will also help..eh pump calculations etc. basic HR related questions like what would you do in certain situations.. strengths and weaknesses
