Very friendly and well-organised process overall, but after all 3 stages completed over the course of 3 weeks received a call saying they wanted someone with more years of experience, which was not mentioned in job description at the first place. Seems to me like it's either a gentle 'sorry, but we got someone better' or whatever, but couldn't get any useful feedback. Really enjoyed the interview process and talking to the team was awesome, but ended with a bit of disappointment.
