The interview process started with an information session where the company introduced its background, business operations, and job expectations. After the session, we waited for individual one-on-one interviews in order.
During the interview, I was tested on my Excel skills and also participated in a spoken Japanese interview to assess my communication ability and language proficiency. The interviewers were friendly but professional, and the questions were both technical and situational.
After all candidates completed their interviews, the results were announced on the same day, which made the process very efficient and straightforward.
