Took 2 tech rounds very easy , after clearing 2 tech rounds with feedback as very strong , I felt the team feedback was very silly and decision was no where related to Tech stack and responsibilities that role needs ! Worst I can say and interview process took more than 1 month 😂

Interview process took over 1 month span. 1st round is profile shortlisting over 30 mins call 2nd round technical discussion for 1 hour 3rd round with VP for 30 mins 4th HR round 1.5 hrs Ps :- HR round is the main round and its dependent on HR head of Operations. Feedback :- Plz try to keep process time line shorter and also provide feedback on rejection there is no genuine feedback why a candidate is not selected. HR just mentioned other candidates have better skill set . If that was the case the decision would have not been taken weeks to give a feedback. Don't get zone with HR where people are seem to be friendly but they judge you on every scale. Providing honest feedback help the candidate as well. HR usually dont do that.
