Three parts: resume & cover letter submitted, sent in video response to interview questions, group interview. I had an employee referral, which probably helped me get to the top of the heap. The video "interview" was fun, with typical interview questions; the point is probably to gauge your personality and comfort with technology (to a lesser degree). Group interview was a fun experience. Ultimately, I felt that I might be a little aged out of this position (the rest of the applicants seemed about 10 years younger than me) so I declined to pursue it. Was a fun experience though.
